From Child Watch to Parent Coach

Neida Morales Diego’s quick rise from Child Watch to Parent Coach at Bridges at Lake Worth is a testament to her great work ethic, personal character, and her strong desire to have a positive impact on the families she serves.
“I saw myself wanting to grow and do more for the families here at Bridges at Lake Worth,” said Neida. “I want to be able to help out family’s that struggle with their children’s behavior and to have a positive relationship with their child, so that the children can have a brighter future.”

Neida joined BLW on October 9, 2023 as a Child Watch. Her strong desire to grow and contribute more led her to apply for the Parent Coach position that had become vacant a few months later. Since accepting that position on October 7, 2024, Neida excelled in the challenging training sessions and passed all the required tests and rigorous audits. She is currently working hard to fulfill her 50 Triple P sessions for the 2024/2025 fiscal year.

Neida is also a student at Palm Beach State College pursuing degrees in Early Childhood Development and Human Resources. Congratulations Neida! We wish you the very best in your future endeavors.
