Why BRIDGES?
Through BRIDGES, Palm Beach County families like yours get the tools they need so children grow up healthy, safe and strong — and achieve a vital stepping stone toward future success: entering Kindergarten ready to learn and reading on grade level by the end of third grade.
These neighborhood hubs act as local systems of care, connecting families to supports and resources. Each BRIDGES site is unique, but all work with families to increase the number of babies born healthy and children ready for school, while decreasing incidences of child abuse and neglect.
