Mental Health First Aid Course teaches you how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental illnesses and substance use disorders in your community and where to turn for help. This is an eight hours course; and can be offered in 2 sessions of 2(4 hours). It is recommended that Attendees complete the full 8 hours in order to receive certification for the course.
